Herbal Colon Cleansers Bowel Movements

Irregular bowel movements?

I’m 15 and I’ve had some trouble lately.
Lately I haven’t been able to the bathroom well.
Every time I need to go I try but nothing comes out, but gas and any poop that comes out is really runny.
I have to go every 5-10 minutes.
And every time I hurt around the waist.
I think it may be the large intestine that is hurting, but I don’t know.
I can’t fall asleep because it’s always happening and it hurts.
And if I do fall asleep I wait up and I’ve either almost soiled my self or I have. So it’s like my body is trying to go even when I’m asleep.

I don’t think this is constipation but it may be.
I think it’s because I took some herbal colon cleanser my parents had.
I really need some help because all this is ruining my Christmas Break and Christmas.

Can someone please help?

Well everyone reacts differently to any type of cleansing product…it shouldn’t last more than a day or so however. So I’m assuming you’ve already stopped taking the cleanser product. Also some products use herbs that can be harsh for some, so you may be reacting to that. Instead, I’d start drinking more water, maybe use a stool softener from drugstore to at least help you go normally for now.

Herbal cleansers are all so different…I make and use one myself as needed, but as I really know my body, I know what to expect. Also different things may change anyone’s bowel habits, diet, exercise, lack of water, constipating foods, certain medications. Either way, not going enough or going too much is no fun!

Hopefully you will be back to yourself soon and then I’d do a little research on what you may need to keep yourself going normally
