How Do Herbal Colon Cleansers Work

Please help constipation can not sleep: (?

I have not gone to the bathroom in a week. I am a recovering anorexic. I've been eating a lot vegetables, fruits and lean protein. Do not touch the sugar, in addition to any occasion. I can make herbal tea. I wondered if my stomach could be struggling to cope with the surge in food and probably can not digest properly? I have taken laxatives, but so far have not worked. I feel very frustrated. I managed to sort of go, but Lee was as hard balls. I have prunes and my mother suggested I keep warm and eat, but I do not make me feel more bloated! I have a colon cleanser but do not know how to use it. I can not sleep and I'm very uncomfortable, can anyone help? : (
