does the Acai berry liquid really help lose weight?

even for guys. if you buy it what all should you change about ur life, like diet n exercise? i know this lady thats been taking it for 2 in a half weeks, she said she lost 20 pounds already by drinking it once a day, and no exercize!!! she also takes colon cleanser. anyone know fro past experience, i want to know if its ok for guys
