Master Colon Cleanse Lemonade
has anyone tried the master cleanse/ lemonade diet?
so i am about to start this master cleanse tomorrow im doing it because i want to rid my body and colon of impurities and to lose weight i work out for about 1-2 hours a day ( just starting) will this help me get back in to shape as well as cleanse my body???? opinions anyone =)
It isn’t safe to use any kind of colon cleanse. Your body has to have the natural fluids in your intestines for your system to work properly and colon cleanses can cause horrible cramps. There is no medical reason to do this except to prep for a surgical colonopsopy. In doing that preparation it’s pupose is to leave the intestines clear so that the monitor can get a clear view of your colon and intestines and is done in a medically safe way. I hope you won’t try this.
