Has anyone tried the Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse diet?

I wonder if someone personally or someone close to them has used this diet? Did it work for them? Am currently exercising 4-6 days a week for 45 minutes-1 hour. I'm not seeing the results as much as I like. THIS IS NOT ME ORDER ONLINE, but if I try the program I'm going to try our food store. Again, has anyone personally used these products. I do not want to hear a rant so I know there are plenty of scams out there, but I'm curious if anyone has used personal this combination and whether he did or did not show any result?

This whole thing is an acai berry scam. Acai berries are rich in antioxidants. A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism. An increase in metabolism can burn more calories. More calories burned may result in weight loss. Acai berries cause weight loss! That is the great "stretch" scammers are selling. Acai berries have no more antioxidants than blueberries in regular, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries o. At 10 hours the price because are "exotic." The "cleansing" that usually come with them contain nothing but dust from psyllium husks to help you poop more. This can deplete the healthy bacteria and enzymes in the digestive system. And you can buy a quarter bottle of it for $ 10 at the grocery store, not 60 tablets. No such thing as a "fat burner". Burn more calories than you consume is the only fat burner. None of these weight loss supplements warrants nothing less than establish a healthy diet and exercise. So why not establish a healthy diet and exercise program and save your money? They are spending between $ 2 and $ 4 per day in products that are not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
