Is it better to get a colon cleanse or to detoxify the body?

I was gonna do a natural detox juicer searched for body detox and this site drnatura.com came up. The testimonies etc were disgusting . But I know its true I couldn’t even look at the pics because my biggest fear is worms and just reading made me freak out.
