HOW CAN I LOSE 15 LBS IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS?

ok im 135 lbs and im 5’3 . i work out daily, and try to get 30 min cardio in no matter what every day. (more if i can)
i take alot of supplements too.

in the morning i take
a multi for her
1 biotin (for my hair)
and one vita b12

and three times a day i take
two relicore
one acaipure (an acai pill) duhh.
one triothin (its like a hooda/and green tea supplement)
and one triple omega 3,6,9

and at night i take one natural colon cleanse
and a probiotic.

what else could i do to get down to 120 FAST???

( i started out 147 lbs two months ago.)
i also TRY to take my fiber everyday too its the kind you mix in your drink.

u must begin to do some strength training. When you build lean muscle your body burns 2 to 3 times more calories. You should also increase your protein intake and reduce the carbs. fish 2-3xs per week- chicken 1-2xs a day. egg whites – acai is great – glad u r taking it – try drinking some liquid form before bed. i also rec. H.I.I.T on the treadmill or bike..eat 4meals a day – 2 supplement shakes or bars (low sugar) lay off the colon cleanser after 1 cycle—-your diet should be rich in fiber. if not fix that – u will get better results. good luck and remember – if it doesn’t grow or eat things that grow , don’t eat it.
look up hemp protein while your at it- i take it daily – no thc in it.
