Apples contain a lot of water and pectin. the peels i believe are what is really good for pulling out toxins as they pass. celery is a light diuretic. I believe fennel seeds. Edgar cayce once claimed that 3 days of only water and apples would detox the body. You will find science has backed up the apples detoxing abilities. there are more but I cant think of them
