I have no reaction to the colon cleanse pills.. whats wrong with me?

It has been over 12 hours and I have only pissed A LOT, but I think its because iv been drinking alot of water recently. I have had no loose stools or ANYTHING like that. The super colon cleanse bottle said to take four pills and im scared to take more than that to get a reaction. Does my body just not have any toxins in it? help whats wrong with me!
P.S. im also taking acai berry with it and im not eating a whole lot

This whole acai berry thing is a scam. Acai berries don’t have any more antioxidants in them than regular blueberries or raspberries. A diet high in antioxidant foods can HELP you lose weight. Not just make you lose weight. That is the big lie these con artists are selling.
