I’m going to do a super detox?
All I have to do is a Raw Food Detox for 30 days, Lung Detox for 30 days, Colon Cleanse for 30 days and a Skin Detox for 30 days. These are all done with only foods and water. I plan on seeing a doctor, nutritionist and herbal medicine doctor before I begin. Do you think this is a good idea?

What is your plan for after these 120 days (30+30+30+30) ?
Do you think 120 days of clean living will allow you to drink, smoke, and eat at McDonald’s every day the rest of the year?
Why not just start eating right, getting enough exercise, quit smoking (if you do now), and don’t drink alcohol excessively. If you life a sensible life all the time you won’t have to do silly, expensive, and pointless diets like you describe in your question.
Treat your body right and it will be good to you in return.
