Super Colon Cleanse Problems

I had a laxative abuse problem but I stopped so now I am more constipated than ever?

A few weeks ago I bought this product called Super Health Plus Colon Cleanse, I took it for almost a month until recently I found out the key ingredent, Senna Powder, was indeed just like a regular laxative so I stopped so I can develop the ability to go to the restroom on my own. I’ve been doing this for 4 days now and I feel horrible. I am bloated to no end, taking a crap is incredibly hard for me, and none of the natural remedies I’m doing seem to work. I started taking Metamucil everyday and excersing every night for at least 20 mins. I’m actually a little scared. I want to see a doctor or a good gastrointestinal doc but my mom is so called searching for one because she refuses to go back to my old one and that’s been going on for over a year. I’m trying to look for one but it’s hard considering how everyone I know goes to freakin’ kaiser and I don’t have them. What should I do? I’m really regretting taking that stuff and don’t be hard on me because I feel bad enough as it is.

Did you stop taking the senna gradually or all at once? If you didn’t stop gradually [which it sounds like you didn't] it can cause this problem. Try using less and less of the senna until you can go on your own without as much trouble.
