Super Colon Cleanse Tablets
OATMEAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY?
What would happen if I only ate oatmeal and got LOTS of exercise each day?
I’m training for a triathlon.
The oatmeal I eat only has 150 cals for a nice size bowl. I plan on eating that 3 times a day, in addition to some fruit for a snack once a day. This is really filling so I am not staring myself. I will take all my vitamins (D, Multi, Calcium, etc) and also pressed Flaxseed Oil tablets. I will also try Super Colon Cleanse pills.
How long before I get down to my goal 110 if I am 142 now?

I don’t think you should combine your 2 goals of training for a triathlon and losing weight at the same time. Training for a triathlon, your body needs more nutrition and protein to keep you strong. I think even if you’re trying to lose weight that’s a little extreme. Try cutting your calories to like 1500 or maybe a little less and getting lots of cardio. Good luck.
