how do i lose 15 more pounds? i have lost 20 in 6 mos…need to drop just 15 more?

i changed my diet, i only eat fish, chicken, tuna, veggies and fruit. only boiled, steamed, or baked, no more fried foods. i gave up all soda pop, only drink coffee, water, or tea, sometimes an occasional fitness drink. i used super colon cleansing pills as well. there is a noticeable difference, but i seem to have come to a stand-still. while i have had a dramatic change of appearance, i look a lot thinner, the numbers on the scale won’t seem to decrease any further. what more can i do? i also do sit-ups every day and walk each day. no time to do too much more exercise than that.

If you’ve already lost 20 lbs just keep doing what your doing. You might ask yourself if you really need to lose 15 more.
