Any ways to make the stool come out?

Trouble passing bowl movements, fatigue and hyper at the same time, trouble falling asleep, I slept from 4am-9:30am I do this often.
Is it possible I have a condition or am I just sick?
I eat better now then I did when I was younger, nothing processed and decaf tea, no coffee. I drink 9-10 glasses of water daily on top of the tea. I eat more fiber and whole grains… ie. I use whole wheat instead of white flour.
What I use the toilet it seems I have a lot of gas, and I know the stools are there, when they do come out they are really hard and dark brown. Its like I’m clogged. And I have tried the colon cleanse, it just gave me diarrhea instead. As soon as the cleanse and toxin out program was finished the hard stool and difficulty came back.

See a doctor considering you should not have to live like this with out knowing how to handle it. It sounds like you’re having a problem with your thyroid but obviously I’m not the doctor. Don’t procrastinate on this.
