can you exercise while fasting/cleansing?

my sister and i are planning on doing this fasting colon cleanse

i’m doing it just to reset my body on the other hand, she is doing it to lose some weight pretty overweight. i was hoping to maybe teach her some of the exercises i do to stay in shape but i wasnt sure if you were supposed to exercise on this cleans/fast.

all we can have is water for 5 days (and the fiber powder/pills)

I would never recommend 5 days, maybe 1 day a week max.

It is very good and I done one last Tuesday and felt great after it.

As for your sister you shouldn’t do it to lose weight, she will put it back on when she returns to her normal diet.

Exercise is not recommended as your body has to relax to cleanse but I played soccer for an hour and nothing was wrong with me.
